The location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to the Wan Chai MTR station. It is easy to access the underground trains, as well as the Airport Express and the Central district. Additionally, the rooms are comfortably organized, and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is generally helpful, and the check-in staff were particularly commendable in their attempts to resolve issues with payment.

Some guests experienced issues with hot water, internet, and air conditioning.

We loved the lively street with easy access to shops and the waterfront. Stayed on the 18th floor and had a great time. The paid airport shuttle express bus was well-organized and convenient. Friendly and helpful concierge staff.

Everything is what I need and want.

Located right in the heart of Wan Chai district, this place is extremely convenient for those wanting to explore the city. I loved the friendly staff here, from managers to housekeepers, who were always ready to help with any request. The room amenities were great, including the free Wi-Fi, and I appreciated the ironing facilities and in-room safe. The on-site restaurant and bar area were perfect for a quick bite or drink before heading out. The seasonal outdoor pool and fitness centre were also great additions to my stay.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting this city.

During our stay at the hotel, we were delighted with the fantastic location. It was conveniently situated near the piers, Hong Kong park, underground, 7-11, and bars.

Comfortable and reasonable size rooms with great deals for premium room available. A no-frills hotel that is correctly priced and in the middle of Wanchai with easy access to the Convention Center. As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location, just a short three-minute walk from the subway station. The spacious and comfortable rooms were well-equipped with a well-thought-out layout. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, arranging for a non-smoking room and even assisting with our luggage. The laundry service was also a pleasant surprise, offering great value for money. The breakfast buffet was extensive and reasonably priced, with delicious bacon on offer.

The rooms were slightly dated but still clean and serviceable. However, considering the amount of money we spent, we felt that the overall value was not exceptional.
